Chef Owner Alex Larson, a 1982 graduate of the California Culinary Academy  in San Francisco California created this garlicky hot sauce to show off the flavor of GIlroy Garlic.  The secret is the molasses which allows a slow burn from the jalapenos and then the habaneros to build up with the garlic flavor.  5oz $8.98
