Large Gilroy Garlic heads are hand braided to eat for the next 6 to 9  months or as a decoration for years. 10 bulbs are beautifully woven with the tops sticking out.  To use just break off each head of garlic starting at the top where the dried leaves stick out so it will stay braided together.
